Terms of Service

Last updated 28 August 2026.

Who we are

D20 (d20.lt) is operated by MB Ddvidešimt, a company registered in Lithuania (Reg. No. 307570358, VAT LT100019623115), address Parko g. 7, Alovės k. These terms apply whenever you use the site — browsing, creating an account, buying from our own stock, consigning cards to us to sell, or using the peer-to-peer marketplace/trading features.

Your account

You need an account to buy, sell, consign, or trade. You're responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for anything that happens under your account. Give us accurate information when you register — we use your name, address and phone number to actually ship orders and pay out consignment sales, so wrong details can mean a delayed or lost order.

Buying from our stock

Prices and stock levels are shown at the time you view them and can change without notice; the price and availability at checkout is what applies. Payment is by store credit, funded either by bank transfer or instantly through our payment provider — see Store Credit. Once an order is placed we start preparing it quickly, so cancellation isn't guaranteed — see Shipping & Returns for how that works, and for returns.

Selling or consigning to us

When you consign a card to us, you're confirming it's genuinely yours to sell and accurately described. We price and list it, and once it sells we pay out your share to your store credit balance, minus our commission, as shown in the consignment terms at the time you send it in. We can decline or return a consigned item at our discretion — for example if it doesn't match its description, or isn't something we currently buy.

Marketplace & trading between members

Some features (the marketplace, buy/sell posts, trade proposals, messaging) are between you and other members directly — we provide the platform, but we're not a party to those trades and can't guarantee any other member will follow through, ship what they said they would, or represent their cards accurately. Use the block/report tools if someone's not acting in good faith. We can remove listings, messages, or accounts that violate these terms or the law.

Store credit

Store credit is not real-world currency, isn't interest-bearing, and can only be spent on d20.lt. It's yours to withdraw as real money at any time via a withdrawal request (subject to review), or spend on the site. We can adjust a balance to correct a genuine error (e.g. a duplicate top-up or a miscalculated payout) — we'll always leave a note explaining why in your adjustment history.

What we're not responsible for

We work in good faith to describe cards accurately and ship orders promptly, but we're not liable for indirect losses (like a missed trade or tournament because of a shipping delay), for the actions of other members on the marketplace, or for issues caused by a carrier once an order has left us — see Shipping & Returns for how carrier issues are actually handled in practice. Nothing here limits any right you have under Lithuanian or EU consumer law that can't be excluded by agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes — the "last updated" date above will move when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.

This page is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for legal advice — as an EU-based seller, D20 is also bound by distance-selling and consumer-guarantee rules that apply regardless of what's written here. See also our Privacy Policy.
