How orders get to you, and what to do if something's wrong.

Orders are handed to the courier within 1–2 business days of purchase.

• Lithuania, Latvia & Estonia — delivered to an LP Express parcel machine you choose at checkout.
• Everywhere else — delivered via Lietuvos Paštas.

The exact shipping cost for your country is calculated and shown before you check out.

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. The card(s) need to come back in the same condition they were sent in.

• Changed your mind? You cover the return shipping. Once we receive and check the item, the refund is issued as store credit to your D20 account.
• Wrong item, damaged in transit, or not as described? Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll cover return shipping and make it right — refund or replacement, your choice.
